A quick way to make your own weights at home is simply to use a carrier bag and cans of food. Put a few tins of beans in a couple of carrier bags and you’re good to go!
Try this quick workout with just canned food and carrier bags...
20 reps of .... Straight leg deadlift, squats, bicep curls, lateral shoulder raise, shoulder press. Repeat all of these 5 times.
